Need help, found a bug, or want to share feedback? Email hello@offbend.com. Include your app version (Settings → About Scene), device and the steps that led to the issue. Never send your password.

Account help

Use Forgot password on the sign-in screen to recover access. In Settings → Account & security, you can change your email, manage sessions, export your data or delete your account.

A viewing hasn't synced

Open Settings → Pending viewings. Reconnect to the internet and retry. Keep pending items until the upload completes; deleting a pending item discards its unsynced content.

Safety

Use the menu on a post, review or comment to report content or block an account. You can also contact us directly with a description of the concern.

TestFlight feedback

You can send screenshots and feedback through TestFlight. Beta accounts use the same production service as the eventual release, so you won't need to create a new account at launch.
