Terms & community guidelines

Effective September 14, 2026. Scene is provided by OFFBEND STUDIOS, INC. These terms govern your use of Scene.

Your account and content

Keep your account credentials secure. Only upload content you own or have permission to share. You retain ownership of your content and give Scene permission to store, display and process it as needed to provide the features and visibility settings you choose.

Keep Scene welcoming

Do not post harassment, hate, threats, illegal material, sexual exploitation, spam or another person's private information without permission. Do not impersonate others, manipulate engagement or circumvent blocks. Mark spoilers and respect the people you tag.

Reporting

Use the report and block controls on content or contact hello@offbend.com. We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these rules. If you believe a decision is incorrect, contact us.

Recommendations and availability

Recommendations and AI responses may be inaccurate. Streaming listings can change. Confirm availability and any charges with the provider. Beta features may change or be interrupted.

Leaving Scene

You can export your data and delete your account from Account & security in Settings. Read our privacy policy for information about data handling.
